Mr Sirikonda

Mr Sirikonda was appointed as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust as a specialist Foot and Ankle surgeon in November 2003 and has practised at Spire Liverpool Hospital since 2004. He is part of multi consultant led foot and ankle service at Bone and Joint centre at Spire Liverpool Hospital.

His area of expertise is the management of routine and complex Foot and Ankle conditions. He also has special interest in diabetic foot conditions. He did research projects on plantar pressure measurements following scarf osteotomy for bunion deformity. He had publications on Scarf osteotomy for Hallux Valgus deformity, Metatarsopahlangeal joint fusion, Forefoot Reconstruction in Rheumatoid arthritis, Metatarsophalngeal joint replacement and Chronic compartment syndrome.

Mr Sirikonda has been providing a high-quality service to both Private and NHS patients. He is also supported by specialist radiologist and podiatrist at Spire Liverpool Hospital.

He had many publications since appointment in peer-reviewed journals. Mr Sirikonda is also a speaker at courses such as Liverpool Fore Foot course and educational courses such as Mch(Orth) course at Wrightington Hospital.

He is also a Guest Editor for the peer-reviewed journal of Strategies in Trauma and Reconstruction.
