The lower limb symposium, which will focus on issues and solutions for degenerative conditions will see consultants from the Bone and Joint Centre presenting about their specialties and offering learning and education, will be held at Liverpool Hope University on the Hope Park Campus.

Certificates will be issued after the event and will count toward CPD hours.

Presentations on the evening will cover the specialties detailed below:

• Management of hip pain in the younger patient by Mr Viju Peter, Orthopaedic Hip and Knee Consultant

• Getting the best result for our patients from a knee replacement by Mr Alasdair Santini, Orthopaedic Hip and Knee Consultant

• Maximising function for the active patient with ankle pain or instability by Mr Chris Walker, Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon
