Visitors to our treatment rooms and reception area are greeted by a colourful display of Warhol-inspired works of art.
We engaged local artist Stephen Jones to create a range of prints based on x-rays of orthopaedic fractures. This creative approach took clinical images and translated them in to contemporary visuals that not only provide our patients with a fresh view of medical conditions but also add a bit of colour and interest to the walls.
It is important that all of our visitors, especially our patients, feel relaxed when they come to our premises. We appreciate that hospitals can sometimes seem like imposing places and so we were keen to create an atmosphere that is both friendly and relaxing.
